We have a dedicated team assigned to your office and we check eligibility and benefits in advance. We will provide a standardized full breakdown that includes frequencies, histories, maximums and basic benefits. Our team is also available for walk in patients and real time history and procedure code coverage checking from Monday to Friday 8:00am-5:00PM.
· Provide all PPO verifications for new or recall patients at least 2-3 business days before their appointment.
· Input the insurance coverage and other details accurately in practice management software.
· Update the verification forms every two weeks if the patient is scheduled again from last visit.
· Answer all phone and chat inquiry about history and procedure coverage checking.
· Post or update insurance fee schedule in practice management software.
